RMA Request (Return Merchandise Authorization)

In order to better serve you, we ask that you carefully read and follow this procedure :

Fill all the requested information of this RMA application form, indicating the DENSITRON reference number, date code, and a precise description of the failure; a photo could be requested if necessary. Please specify if the product is from a previous exchange, or other particular case.

A return authorization number (RA #) will then be assigned by mail within 48 hours, which validity may not exceed two weeks. Beyond that, the RA number will be automatically canceled, and your request must be renewed.

The equipment must be carefully packaged (eg in a single anti-static bag and covered with a sufficient thickness of foam or bubble wrap), and the RMA No. must be visibly written on the outside of the package. The Head of Service reserves the right to refuse a package if product packaging does not comply. Any product received without a description of failure or not originating from our company or not defective will be returned with postage due.

DENSITRON is not liable for cables, connectors or other changes made by you … and cannot be held responsible for their absence when the parts are repaired. All piece have undergone a change will be returned with postage due.

Shipping charges are your responsibility, the cost of return by DENSITRON. We urge you to choose a mode of transport provided (carrier, or with acknowledgment of receipt). In case of loss, delay or damage, we assume no liability.

The equipment must be in good condition. Any part damaged, even slightly (component broken tracks cut glass scratched, broken connector, serial number / date code corrupted or missing…) will be refused by the Head of Service.
